Ordering times:
Our ordering cut off times for the various ordering platforms are:
Q flowers Select and Q Sundries: 4am in the morning for same day delivery.
GrowerDirect, Sundries Holland Direct: 11pm for delivery the day after next.
Flowers Holland Direct: up to 10am for next day delivery. The products in this section are also mixed in with 'Q flowers select' up to 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for easy ordering.
Webshop Autoconfirmation
You can cancel a product you have ordered, from your shopping trolley, within 5 minutes.
Ordered products will be automatically confirmed thereafter and will have to be purchased.
This goes for the QF select flowers and the Q Sundries!!
When you order from the Sundries Holland Direct page please be aware you CAN NOT cancel products that you have clicked on! You click on the 'buy' button and it will be invoiced to you!!
